1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you write in forms, chats, text messages, calls or the booking calendar.
Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring page, and similar technical data, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
Information we handle for our clients. When we run follow-up, AI employees, websites or advertising for a client, we may process the contact details and messages of that client's own customers and leads. In that case we act as the client's service provider and follow the client's instructions.

- To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud and misuse.
3. Text Messages and Calls
By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to receive automated text messages and calls from Miracle Marketing, such as appointment reminders, follow-ups to your inquiry and service updates. Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us.
- Frequency: message frequency varies depending on your activity and inquiry.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
- No sharing for marketing: we do not share, sell, rent or trade mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. AI Voice and Chat Assistants and Call Recording
Some calls, texts and chats on our Site and for our clients are answered by an automated AI assistant. The assistant will identify itself as automated where required by law. Calls and conversations with our assistants may be recorded, transcribed and stored so that we can book appointments, review quality and improve the service. If a call is recorded you will be told at the start of the call. We use recordings and transcripts only for our own business purposes and do not sell them. We keep them only as long as needed for those purposes, as described in Section 8 (Retention and Security). Do not share payment card numbers, health information or other sensitive details with an assistant.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working and to understand how it is used, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work. We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels on the Site.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the Site and Services, such as hosting, email and messaging, phone, scheduling, analytics, payment and customer-management providers, under confidentiality and data-protection terms.
- Professional advisers, regulators or courts where the law requires it.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.

7. Where Information Is Stored
Our systems are based in the United States, and information is processed there. If you are in Canada, the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules from your country.
